Christina Evans is a director, producer, choreographer and performer with experience creating live multi-art collaborative productions. Evans trained in dance in Adelaide and at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts. She has worked and performed in Australia, Austria and the UK.

Evans collected material during her round trip on the Aurora Australis. She visited Davis and Mawson stations. From this, she created an installation focused on ice and the impact of global warming. The work included dance, sculpture, film, photography and soundscapes. It was made for the 2011 Melbourne Fringe Festival at Federation Square.

In 2011, Evans also participated in the conference honouring 100 years of Australian history on the continent, ‘Antarctica: Music, Sound and Cultural Connections'.

In 2012 Evans presented her solo dance work 'Body of Ice' at the IV International Festival and Conference of Antarctic Art and Culture in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Evans also participated in the Living Data program at the Ultima Science Festival in Sydney 2012, presenting a film installation of Polarity.
